How Much Diesel Does an Outage Use?
The generator burns diesel only during an outage. This table shows the use per hour and the total liters for one outage, so you can keep enough diesel in stock.

380 V three-phase
All VOLTRAGEN models produce 380 V three-phase power. Tell us your PLN power supply when you talk to us so our team can advise on the right connection.
Space and access
730–1,150 kg
Unit size: 1.9–2.7 m long, 0.8–0.91 m wide, about 1.14–1.28 m high, and weighing 730–1,150 kg. Make sure the site and the access route can take the unit and the lifting equipment.
Noise and airflow
Under 80 dB
The canopy reduces noise to under 80 dB at 3 meters, but the unit can still be heard. Place it in a well-ventilated area, with the exhaust pointing away from customers and neighbors.
Automatic or manual start
AMF panel standard
An AMF panel is included as standard. It starts the generator and takes over the load during a power cut, with no staff action needed. The control module varies and can be ComAp or Deep Sea.

How many kVA do I need?
Start from the PLN power supply on your bill, or add up the power of the equipment you want to keep running and add a 20–25% reserve. Our team can help you calculate it.
Is VOLTRAGEN suitable for a home?
It suits homes that use three-phase power and have enough room for the unit, because all VOLTRAGEN models produce 380 V three-phase power. Tell us your home's PLN power supply and our team will help you choose a suitable model.
Does the generator start automatically during a power cut?
Yes. An AMF panel is included as standard, and the control module varies and can be ComAp or Deep Sea.
Is installation included?
No. The unit is supplied franco Surabaya, and delivery and installation at your site are charged separately. Our team helps arrange them for your location.
Can it be delivered out of town?
Yes. VOLTRAGEN service reaches all of Indonesia.
How much diesel does it use?
At 50% load, the Voltra-15 to Voltra-60 use about 1.7–8.5 liters per hour. Figures for each model are in the diesel table on this page and in the catalogue.
How often does it need servicing?
The first service is due at 50 running hours or after 1 year, whichever comes first. After that, service it every 150–200 hours or once a year, whichever comes first. Service and spare parts are handled by Conductorjasa technicians.
Which engine does it use, and what about spare parts?
All VOLTRAGEN models use FAW (FAWDE) engines in a silent canopy. Spare parts for these engines are widely available on the market, so you need not worry when something needs replacing. We also supply original spare parts.
What is the difference between VOLTRAGEN and JERBINDO?
VOLTRAGEN is a standard model range for small to medium capacities, while JERBINDO Power Systems is delivered as a system tailored to each project.
Can it be used for health centers, schools, or government offices?
Yes. VOLTRAGEN is TKDN certified and listed on the e-Catalogue, so it can be used for government procurement.
